    Company Description

ApplyAZ is a study abroad platform focused on helping students secure admission to top public universities, with a major emphasis on Italy and other high-value international education pathways. We do not push students toward random private tie-up options. We guide them toward the strongest path based on their actual profile, budget, and long-term goals.

Our model is built around eligibility-first advising, transparent communication, and high-touch support. We work with students who come to us through our platform, paid ads, referrals, organic traffic, and other inbound channels. Our goal is to turn qualified interest into successful enrollments through honest, sharp, and effective consulting.

We are growing and looking for high-performance sales professionals who know how to manage leads properly, build trust fast, and close with confidence.

    Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative / Education Consultant at ApplyAZ, you will be responsible for managing and converting inbound leads into enrolled students.

Follow up consistently with interested students until they either convert or clearly drop off

Handle objections confidently and help students and families feel clarity and trust in the process

Explain ApplyAZ's value proposition, process, pricing, and service structure clearly

Help close sales and drive students toward payment and onboarding

Maintain clean and accurate CRM notes, lead stages, and follow-up records

Coordinate with admissions, operations, and counseling teams to ensure handover after conversion

Track daily performance across calls, follow-ups, booked meetings, conversions, and revenue contribution

Take ownership of your pipeline and work toward individual and team sales targets
