    Job Title: Senior Analyst - ATR

    Location: Bangalore

    Reporting to: Manager ATR EUR

    1. Purpose of the role


    The Tax Expert is responsible for driving continuous improvement in the Zone's reporting and evaluation processes. This role involves ensuring the timely and accurate maintenance of complete tax declarations and the general ledger, handling transactions of a complex and sensitive nature.


    2. Key tasks & accountabilities


    Reporting Responsibilities


    In close collaboration with the EUR Tax team and other key internal and external stakeholders, the Tax Expert will:

    Assist with month-end close processes.Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual declarations and financial reports.Participate in interim, hard close, and final audits.Strictly adhere to tax and contribution payment deadlinesJustify and verify account balances within your area of responsibility.Coordinate with Tax, General Department, PTP, and other relevant teamsManage end-to-end accounting processes for assigned entities.Resolve ad-hoc accounting issues within the tax scope.Contribute to field-specific improvement projects.Ensure compliance with accounting principles, KPIs, and InBev policies.Identify and communicate potential risks or issues to the team.Maximize process efficiency and effectiveness.Review operational policies and recommend improvements.Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Lead and Business


    Business Environment

    Act as a subject matter expert on all tax-related activitiesBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders, addressing their concerns during biweekly and monthly reporting cycles.Collaborate closely with Business Operations, balancing innovation with the consistent application of best practices.Maintain team flexibility to meet evolving business needs.

    Qualification:

    Technical Skills Required

    Technical skills from a wide range including Advanced MS Excel, SAP, Cognos, PowerPoint Presentation

    1. Purpose of Role:

    The Associate Manager - Cash & Bank is responsible for overseeing the Bank Reconciliation function across multiple entities and currencies.This role ensures timely and accurate reconciliation of bank accounts, resolution of open items and strong internal control adherence.The individual will lead a team of analysts, work closely with Treasury, Accounting, and external banks, and drive continuous improvement in reconciliation and cash visibility processes.


    2. Key tasks & accountabilities:

    Lead daily, weekly, and month-end bank reconciliation activities for all operating bank accounts.Ensure timely clearance of open items and aged reconciling entries with root cause identification and resolution.Act as a key point of contact between the reconciliation team, Treasury, and Accounting teams to ensure cash accuracy and completeness.Maintain strong internal controls, ensuring compliance with SOX, internal audit, and company policies.Review and approve reconciliations, journal entries, and ensure quality and accuracy of reporting.Develop and track KPIs (e.g., reconciliation aging, timeliness, accuracy) and report to management.Drive automation and process improvement initiatives using digital tools (e.g., Blackline, Power BI, RPA).Support internal and external audits by providing timely and accurate documentation.Provide coaching, performance management, and career development for a team of analysts.Collaborate in transitions or process migrations related to new bank accounts, mergers, or system implementations.

    Purpose of the Role

    The Senior Manager will lead the Treasury, Capex, and Asset Operations (Fixed, Movable, and Leases) functions. This

    role is pivotal in ensuring robust cash and liquidity management, effective capital expenditure governance, and

    accurate asset lifecycle tracking. The position requires close collaboration with global and regional stakeholders to

    drive operational excellence, compliance, and transformation across these domains.


    Key Responsibilities


    Treasury Operations

    Oversee daily cash management, bank reconciliations, and liquidity planning.Ensure compliance with internal treasury policies and external regulatory requirements.Manage banking relationships and optimize cash pooling structures.Support FX risk management and intercompany funding strategies.Drive automation and efficiency in treasury processes.


    Capex Management

    Lead the end-to-end Capex governance process, including budgeting, approvals, and tracking.Partner with business units to evaluate investment proposals and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.Monitor Capex utilization and provide variance analysis and insights.Ensure compliance with internal controls and capital expenditure policies.

    1.Purpose of the role:

    • Ensure timely closure of books and maintaining accuracy/quality of all related activities like ERP Accounting, JE, Account Reconciliation etc. through required co-ordination with various GCC teams as well as Country and Zone Controllers.

    • Ensure delivery of operational performance within GCC / Zones against agreed SLA's & KPI's and complete adherence to SOX/MICS and audit compliances.

    • Partner with teams to identify improvements in efficiency, productivity & utilization across the zones and driving the improvements where required.

    • Handling the audit queries independently.


    2. Key Tasks & Accountabilities :

    This role has full responsibility for the financial statements & making sure reconciliations & journals are done in compliance with the policy requirements. He/she must be in contact with respective stakeholders to drive the resolution of the open transactions. Monthly and quarterly tasks:

    • Prepare & Post Journals in line with the JV policy.

    • Accurate and timely preparation/submission of Balance sheet account reconciliations - Accruals (including comm.accruals), Equity, GL to SL, Trade receivable/payable, etc.

    • On-time and accurate month-end reports.

    • Perform MICS/SOX Validation controls.

    • Delivers to audit requests.

    • Desktop procedures to be reviewed & kept updated in a timely manner.

    • Variance analysis Income statement & Balance sheet.

    • Drive continuous improvements in line with targets.

    Accounting responsibility:

    • He/she should be able to challenge the requestors on the accuracy of supporting documents and the appropriateness of accounting practice applied.

    • Identify and escalate issues proactively.

    • Responsible for compliance in terms of correctness, acceptable evidence and approval flow of the posted numbers.

    • Responsible for compliance on the B/S account reconciliations.

    • Make sure that the Journal voucher, Provision, and accrual; DAG policies are applied by the assigned team members.

    • To ensure that any ad-hoc request is coming from the business is investigated properly within the requested timeframe.

    Project accountability:

    • To make sure that assigned ongoing (global) projects achieve their goals. Active participation on project meetings, contribution to define and execute the action plans, cooperation with Project Lead, Team Lead, Country Controller, and other teams to achieve project goals. Support the project with professional expertise.


    3.Qualifications, Experience, Skills:

    Level of educational attainment required:

    • CA Intermediate Previous work experience
