Job Title: Principal Analyst, Europe Ops (Fixed Assets)
Location: Bangalore
Reporting to: Manager - ATR
1. Purpose of the Role:
The purpose of the job is to ensure that the team completes the Fixed Asset Activities on time and accurately .He/She needs to ensure that we meet the KPIs and MICS requirement. To resolve any process-related escalations on time. To support the initiatives of the Team.
2. Key Tasks & Accountabilities:
Responsible for delivering the following services:
• Should have experience in Leading the Teams in Fixed Assets Process.
• Decent knowledge of accounting concepts
• Excellent Communication and stakeholder management
• End to End knowledge of Fixed Asset Processes such as Capex Budget Creation, Analysis of Budget Vs Actuals to ensure that there is no overspent, Capitalization, Retirement, Fixed Asset Reconciliation and Physical Verification
• Make sure SLAs and KPIs are met. Work with cross-functional teams (procurement, projects, finance) to ensure accuracy of assets.
• Monitor construction-in-progress (CIP/AUC) projects and ensure timely capitalization
• Make sure to work on Audit observation and clear them on time.
• Support internal and external audit requirements related to fixed assets
• Timely escalation and resolution of all issues Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP/local statutory accounting requirements
• Maintain and update the Fixed Assets Register (FAR) on a timely basis
3. Qualification, Skills, Experience
Educational Qualification:
• Graduate in Commerce
• Relevant experience between 5-7 years
• Good working knowledge of MS Office applications
• Expert Accounting knowledge and Great Analysis Skills
• Should be very good at Accounting, Fixed Assets Processes
• Quick turnaround for queries.
• Day-to day management of metrics and periodical MIS
• Excel Skills - Proficient Functional competencies (Includes Knowledge and Skills) E.g. Account to Report; Cash & Bank; Reporting; Contract Compliance; Audit; General accounting MS Office; SAP; S4Hana, Oracle Competency

1.Purpose of the role:
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of monthly financials including Income Statement and Balance Sheet for the zone/Country
and examination of Cash flow and variances.
Ensure timely closure of books and maintaining accuracy/quality of all related activities like ERP Accounting, JE, Account
Reconciliation etc. through required co-ordination with various GCC teams as well as Country and Zone Controllers.
Ensure delivery of operational performance within GCC / Zones against agreed SLAs & KPIs and complete adherence to SOX/MICS
and audit compliances.
Partner with teams to identify improvements in efficiency, productivity & utilization across the zones and driving the
improvements where required.
2. Key tasks & accountabilities:
• Income statement submission - reopening to correct for errors is possible upon request
• Balance sheet submission - reopening to correct for errors is possible upon request.
• Income statement submission - zone review final Cash flow - flow schedules.

Job Title: Sr. Data Scientist
Location: Bangalore
Reporting to: Senior Manager - Analytics
1. PURPOSE OF ROLE
As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in designing and building production-ready data science solutions for AB InBev's analytics initiatives. You will lead data science efforts, guiding the team to scale and standardize AI-driven solutions across multiple ABI markets. This role requires a mix of hands-on model development, product integration knowledge, stakeholder management, and a vision for driving AI innovation at scale.
2. KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Lead and execute end-to-end data science projects from: Data collection and preprocessing, Model development, Deployment, Performance monitoring.
• Build robust, reusable Python-based pipelines and contribute to improving code quality and standardization.
• Working with Senior Analytics Manager to create project plans, and design analytics roadmap.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business context and present complex analytical insights into actionable business strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor and coach junior data scientists in advanced techniques, code quality, and product integration principles.
• Passion for building large-scale, AI-powered products, ensuring seamless integration with business workflows.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in AI and data science, continuously improving methodologies and tools.
3. QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (B. Tech / BE / Masters in CS/IS/AI/ML).
4. WORK EXPERIENCE
5+ years of hands-on experience in a data science or analytics role with proven track record of building, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models for data-driven solutions in real-world scenarios.
5. TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
• Hands-on experience in Advanced programming in Python for ML pipeline development, SQL (Intermediate to Advanced) for analytical query writing and optimization and excel (intermediate to advanced) for quick data manipulation.
• Experience with Git for collaborative development and version control.
• Experience with any cloud platform - Azure, AWS, GCP or Databricks.
• Expertise in multiple Statistics and ML techniques (e.g. classification, regression, forecasting, recommendation, optimization)
• Experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) in Python to build standardized libraries and tools.
6. GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS
• Exposure to MLOps/CI-CD (Docker, pipelines).
• Experience working closely with engineering/product teams using Agile delivery practices.
• Experience in experiment tracking, model lineage, and reproducibility best practices.
• Experience with A/B testing, causal inference frameworks, or experimentation platforms.
• Experience with one of the following frameworks - PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX.
