    Position Title : Community Manager (Off Role)

    Function : Marketing / Brand Experience

    Entity : Seven Rivers Brewing Co.

    Location : Bangalore, Karnataka



    Primary Purpose of Role


    The Community Manager will be the face and voice of Seven Rivers Brewing Co., responsible for building an engaged and loyal community of patrons, craft beer enthusiasts, and local partners. This role will drive brand visibility, enhance customer experience, and deliver on-ground and digital engagement through social media, events, and collaborations. Financial Dimensions Support delivery of business KPIs related to customer engagement, event footfall, and sales uplift. Track and report performance of digital campaigns and events on a weekly/monthly basis.


    Role Responsibilities

    1. Community Engagement & Customer Experience

    • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, influencers, and the local craft beer community.

    • Implement loyalty-driven initiatives and customer engagement programs.

    • Act as the primary representative of the brand at the brewpub and external events.




    2. Social Media & Digital Presence

    • Manage and grow Seven Rivers' digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.). Create high-quality, engaging content (posts, reels, blogs, and stories).

    • Run digital campaigns to increase awareness and footfall. Track analytics and prepare performance reports.


    3. Event Planning & Execution

    • Conceptualize, plan, and execute events such as beer launches, brewery tours, live gigs, and seasonal festivals.

    • Collaborate with artists, musicians, and local communities. Ensure event promotions and smooth on-ground execution.


    4. Marketing & Brand Promotion

    • Develop and deploy on-ground and digital marketing activities.

    • Drive collaborations with local businesses and communities to expand reach. Ensure consistency in brand storytelling across all touchpoints.


    5. Reporting & Discipline

    • Maintain monthly reporting for social media performance, events, and engagement activities.

    • Follow brand guidelines and communication SOPs.

    • Provide feedback and improvement recommendations.


    6. Audit & Feedback Readiness

    • Maintain documentation and for campaign spends and other expense reports.

    • Maintain and validate monthly SOAs for royalty payments


    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Education level and/or experience

    • Graduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or Hospitality preferred

    • 1-3 years of experience in community management, event management, or social media marketing Skills and/or knowledge

    • Strong grasp of digital marketing and social media tools

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Creative mindset with strong storytelling ability Internal: Marketing & Events Manager, Operations Team, Brewery Team, Finance Team External: Influencers, Local Artists, Vendors, Event Partners

    • Customer-first approach with high energy and discipline

    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Other requirements

    • Passion for craft beer, food, and community building

    • Willingness to work evenings and weekends during events

    • Based in Bangalore or ready to relocate

    Required Knowledge, Skills & Attributes


    Education & Experience

    Ideal - MBA with 6-7 years' experienceExperience in Sales/Key Accounts/Modern Trade Sales in the Alco Bev/FMCG industry will be preferred
