Role
We're looking for an exceptional Technical Program Manager to drive execution across engineering, product, and business teams as we scale our AI platform.
Requirements
3-6 years of total experienceCurrently working as a Technical Program Manager or Technical Project ManagerStrong technical understanding of software development and system architectureExperience managing complex cross-functional engineering programsProven ability to work with Engineering, Product, Design, QA, and Leadership teamsExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and execution skillsExperience in fast-paced product organizations with weekly (or faster) release cyclesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias for actionResponsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of strategic technical programsBuild program plans, define milestones, and track executionManage dependencies, risks, blockers, and cross-team coordinationDrive alignment across Engineering, Product, Design, and Business teamsLead release planning and ensure timely, high-quality deliveriesTrack program health using metrics and communicate progress to leadershipIdentify process improvements to increase engineering efficiency and delivery predictabilityEnsure execution stays aligned with business priorities and customer impactPreferred
Experience at a high-scale product company/startupExperience supporting products with large customer bases and multiple stakeholdersFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum and modern software development practicesLocation: Remote (India)
Compensation: Up to 1.5 Cr
