We're Hiring: Executive Assistant to Director - Operations (Nagpur)
We are looking for a highly proactive, execution-driven individual to work directly with the Director and act as a control point for operations, projects, and coordination across multiple sites.
This role is not a routine admin job - it requires strong follow-ups, ownership, and the ability to drive work to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor all ongoing site activities (MRHS, AHP, ESP, etc.) and provide
daily status reports to managementTrack execution progress and highlight
delays, breakdowns, and critical issuesCoordinate with site engineers for
daily updates and resolution trackingMaintain structured trackers for:Tasks & follow-upsTenders (RFX, submission deadlines, deviation status)Billing & invoice statusMaintain records of all
official communications (incoming/outgoing)Assist in
tender submissions, techno-commercial offers, and compliance documentsCoordinate with Accounts for
billing preparation, submission, and payment trackingManage Director's
schedule, meetings, and MOM (Minutes of Meeting)Track
pending approvals across departments (Accounts, HR, Purchase) and ensure timely closureDevelop and maintain
standard reporting formats and systems What We're Looking For:
2-5 years experience in
Executive Assistant / Coordinator / Operations roleStrong
communication and email drafting skillsExcellent
follow-up discipline and multitasking abilityProficiency in
Excel / Google SheetsAbility to work in a
fast-paced, execution-focused environmentExperience in
construction / EPC / industrial projects will be an advantage
Location & Salary:
Nagpur
15,000 - 20,000 per month (based on experience)
