Position: Digital Fundraising/Marketing Incharge
Location: Head Office - Delhi

We're Hiring: Digital Fundraising In-Charge (End-to-End)
We are looking for a hands-on professional to take full ownership of our end-to-end online fundraising efforts - from strategy and execution to donor engagement and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Campaigns
• Design and implement online fundraising strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (social media, email, website, ads)
• Set and track fundraising targets with clear ROI
2. Social Media & Content Creation
• Create engaging content (posts, stories, reels, blogs)
• Manage day-to-day donor engagement on social media
• Collaborate with program teams to showcase impact stories
3. Website & Donation Platform Management
• Maintain and optimize donation platforms and website pages
• Improve donor journey (SEO/UX) and conversion rates
• Ensure seamless and secure donation experience
4. Email Marketing & Donor Communication
• Manage donor databases and email lists
• Write compelling appeals, newsletters, and thank-you communications
• Track performance (open rates, conversions) and improve engagement
5. Creative & Visual Content
• Design campaign creatives, infographics, and donor stories
• Create/edit short videos for campaigns and updates
6. Data & Reporting
• Monitor campaign performance, donor data, and conversion metrics
• Prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations
• Continuously improve targeting, messaging, and donor journeys
7. Donor Care & CRM
• Maintain and update donor CRM systems
• Ensure timely acknowledgments and donor communication
• Support donor retention and long-term engagement
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in digital fundraising / digital marketing
• Strong in social media, email marketing, SEO & analytics
• Skilled in Canva/Adobe and basic video editing
• Experience with donor CRM & online donation platforms
• Self-driven, execution-focused, and result-oriented
