About the RoleWe're looking for someone who can take ownership of our tendering function and run it end-to-end without handholding. This role is fully remote but will work closely with teams aligned to Malta (CET hours), so comfort working across time zones is important.

What You'll Be Doing
Taking full ownership of tenders from initial review to final submission

Getting quotes from subcontractors and suppliers, and making sense of them
Identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities to improve pricing
Making sure everything goes out on time and is commercially sound
Supporting discussions and negotiations wherever required
Managing multiple tenders at once without losing track
What We're Looking For
Around 5-10+ years of experience in tendering or estimation
Strong exposure to MEP and finishing works (SMBP experience is a plus)
Someone who understands both the technical and commercial side
Background in Quantity Surveying works well for this role
Experience working on large-value projects ( 100+ crore / €10M+)
Comfortable working remotely and staying aligned with CET hours
