    Purpose of the Role:


    To manage the Global Supply Chain Control Tower, ensuring real-time end-to-end visibility, inventory control, and execution of strategic supply chain improvement projects across Alkem's global operations.


    Roles & Responsibilities:


    Global Supply Chain Control Tower:


    Drive real-time, end-to-end (E2E) visibility across the global supply chain.

    Enable prescriptive and predictive decision-making through data-driven insights.

    Facilitate proactive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to resolve critical supply chain issues.


    Inventory Control & Management:


    Monitor and optimize inventory levels across global locations.

    Implement best practices to reduce excess and obsolete inventory.

    Ensure alignment with business goals and customer service levels.


    Supply Chain Improvement Projects:


    Lead and support cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing supply chain efficiency and agility.

    Identify and implement automation and digitization opportunities to streamline operations.


    Annual Operating Plan (AOP) & Long-Range Planning (LRP):


    Contribute to the development and execution of AOP and LRP for supply chain functions.

    Align supply chain strategies with organizational goals and market dynamics.


    Change Management & Risk Mitigation:


    Drive de-risking initiatives and change management programs to ensure business continuity.

    Support transformation projects with structured change frameworks.


    Strategic & Tactical Planning:


    Support strategic planning through scenario analysis and supply chain modeling.

    Implement tactical plans to address short-term challenges and opportunities.


    Qualification & Preferred Experience: MBA with 3-4 years of relevant supply chain experience working in Pharma industry.

    Educational Qualification: MBA in Marketing/Pharmaceutical


    Experience (in years):

    Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in PMT in Pharma Industry.
