Title - Senior Executive : Indirect Taxation
o Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with experience in Indirect Taxation (GST) and exposure to ERP/accounting systems such as CargoWise, Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms.
The role involves extracting, validating, and analyzing ERP data to support end-to-end GST compliances and coordination with consultants and internal teams.
o Roles & Responsibilities
ERP & Data Management:
Extract and analyze transactional data from ERP systems such as CargoWise, Oracle, and SAP.
Prepare reports, reconciliations, and compliance data for consultants and management.
Coordinate with finance and operations teams for data collection and validation.
GST Compliance Support
Assist in GST compliances including:
GSTR-1
GSTR-3B
ISD workings
Annual reconciliations
E-invoicing support
Perform reconciliations between ERP, GST returns, and books of accounts.
Support consultants during GST notices, audits, and assessments.
Process & Coordination:
Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure timely compliance.
Support implementation of SOPs and process improvement initiatives.
o Desired Candidate Profile:
Good understanding of GST and accounting concepts
CA Inter / Semi Qualified CA
/ with relevant experience
Hands-on ERP experience (CargoWise/Oracle/SAP preferred)
Strong Excel and reconciliation skills
Ability to handle large data sets with accuracy
Good communication and coordination abilities
o Preferred Industry Exposure:
Experience in logistics, shipping, supply chain, or multinational environments would be an added advantage.

o Location and Salary Budget:
Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
Expected CTC: 6-10LPA (Negotiable basis experience and fit)
