    Location: Velachery, Chennai

    Work Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

    Working Days: Monday to Saturday

    Salary: Up to 6 LPA

    At Amadora Gourmet Ice Cream Pvt. Ltd., we're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team and support our day-to-day financial operations.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Managing daily accounting entries and maintaining accurate financial recordsHandling invoicing, billing, and voucher entriesWorking on GST compliance, filings, and documentationManaging TDS calculations, deductions, and related filingsPerforming bank reconciliations and tracking cash flowAssisting in monthly closing, reporting, and auditsEnsuring compliance with statutory and internal accounting standards

    Key Requirements:

    Strong proficiency in MS ExcelHands-on experience with Tally PrimeWorking knowledge of GST and TDSBasic understanding of accounting principles and complianceGood attention to detail and organizational skills

    We're looking for someone who can step in quickly and take ownership - immediate availability will be a strong advantage.

    Role Overview

    We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to handle end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring smooth procurement, inventory management, and distribution across multiple stores.

    Key Responsibilities

    Manage procurement of raw materials, packaging, and suppliesPlan and monitor inventory across stores and warehouseCoordinate with production, warehouse, and store teamsEnsure timely dispatch and delivery of productsOptimize supply chain processes to reduce cost and wastageVendor management and negotiationMaintain accurate records and reports (MIS)Handle logistics and transportation planning

    Requirements

    3-6 years of experience in supply chain / logistics / operationsExperience in retail / FMCG / food industry preferredStrong knowledge of inventory and warehouse managementGood analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Excel and reportingAbility to handle multiple locations and teams
