Job Profile:
The VOD Tech Lead will serve as the primary technical liaison for assigned customers, ensuring timely and high-quality go-lives. The role demands a mix of deep product knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main technical contact for assigned customers during onboarding and delivery phases.Partner with the Project Manager to lead technical discussions and educate customers on Amagi's capabilities and limitations for VOD.Understand platform specifications in depth and educate engineering, QA teams and customer regarding nuances that would inhibit a speedy delivery.Translate customer delivery formats (assets, metadata, platform specifications) into clear requirements for internal teams.Understand and document automation, reporting, and customization requirements, coordinate implementation with Engineering teams.Handle change requests effectively by working with both customers and internal teams.Guide customers on the optimal use of Amagi's products to meet their business needs.Oversee the deployment and configuration of Amagi and third-party software solutions in collaboration with Implementation Engineers.Ensure all deliverables to customers are tested and meet quality expectations; verify work from Engineering and DevOps teams.Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers and partners.Mentor and guide Implementation Engineers and stay updated with new product features and configurations.Provide feedback to improve efficiency across onboarding processes.Document processes and customer-platform pipeline specifications in detail and educate the larger teams regarding the workflows as needed.Required Skills & Experience:
7+ years in Media Technology, with at least 2 years in customer-facing roles.Deep expertise in:- VOD workflows

Job Profile:
As a Project Engineer at Amagi, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment and implementation of our cloud-based solutions for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to understand client requirements, configure and test the software, and provide ongoing support throughout the implementation process.
Job Responsibilities:
Set up Amagi Cloud Infrastructure for a new Channel being onboarded on AWS, GCP or Physical hardware.Install and Configure Amagi Products as per project requirementsCoordinate closely with Onboarding project managers as well as external stakeholders like the Development/Testing team to deploy needed solutions.Debug any issues and be proactive in finding solutions in coordination with Tech Leads, Customer Teams and/or internal DevOps or Engineering TeamsHave a comprehensive understanding of Amagi productsBe involved in external communications, like getting into a Customer call along with Project Manager to understand specific requirements.Automate regular/repetitive tasks and write one time use scripts for accomplishing an otherwise manual taskEnsure no defects and test thoroughly before marking any task as doneParticipate in daily standups and routine reporting on project progress and issues to internal stakeholdersDrive customer satisfaction by delivering systems to an agreed specificationDomain Knowledge:

Job Profile:
We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Head of Internal Audit to lead our audit function as the company embarks on its journey toward an IPO. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, a deep understanding of internal controls, and significant experience in managing audit processes for a company preparing for public listing. The incumbent is expected to set up and run a formal Audit Committee process with industry stalwarts. This role is crucial for ensuring our governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks are robust and aligned with regulatory expectations from SEBI, the Board, and other regulatory bodies as we scale up, both in business and in the function.
Key Responsibilities:
i) Leadership and Strategy:
Develop and lead the internal audit function, including setting the vision, goals, and objectives in alignment with the company's growth trajectory and IPO readiness.
ii) Audit Planning and Execution:
As part of deliverables, create and execute a comprehensive, risk-based internal audit plan covering financial, operational, and compliance risks. Get the same approved by Audit Committee and sync with the Statutory Auditors. Align internal stakeholders on the schedule and ensure the plan is delivered as envisaged.
iii) Risk Management and Internal Controls:
Identify and assess areas of risk and develop strategies to mitigate those risks, including enhancing internal controls, governance, and compliance frameworks. Be a key contributor in framing the Enterprise risk Policy and provide recommendations to executive management on mitigating risks before IPO and post-IPO.
iv) IPO Readiness:
Play a pivotal role in IPO preparations, including ensuring SEBI readiness for DRHP and be ready before RHP filing. Ensure compliance with the Regulator requirements, and collaboration with external auditors. Assess the company's internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) and lead initiatives to strengthen and formalize them.
v) Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as a key liaison between on-ground teams, executive management, the board of directors, and external stakeholders such as auditors and regulatory bodies. Present audit findings and recommendations to the audit committee, ensuring transparency and clarity in communication. Assist the teams on the ground to understand the long-term roadmap.
vi) Team Leadership:
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing internal audit team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Manage relationships with regulators, external statutory auditors and consultants as needed.
vii) Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies. Maintain a robust documentation and reporting framework, providing regular updates to senior management and the audit committee on audit outcomes, identified risks, and control gaps.
viii) Continuous Improvement:
Continuously assess the efficiency and effectiveness of audit processes, implementing changes where necessary to enhance the company's control environment and support long-term growth post-IPO.
Skills and Expertise Required:
CA, with 15-20 years of post-qualification experience. Experience in a public company environment or with a company preparing for an IPO, including thorough knowledge of ICFR and SEBI regulations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to manage complex audit projects from planning to execution. Proven ability to work effectively with senior leadership, the audit committee, and external auditors. Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to mentor and develop staff.
