Roles & Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Generate and qualify leads through various channels such as walk-ins, referrals, digital campaigns, brokers, and customer databases.Conduct customer meetings, project presentations, and property site visits.Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate products.Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and value propositions to prospective buyers.Negotiate terms and facilitate deal closure in line with company policies and targets.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.Ensure timely follow-up with leads and maintain regular communication throughout the sales cycle.Address customer queries and concerns professionally and promptly.Provide post-sales support and coordinate with internal teams for customer documentation and handover processes.
Sales Planning & Reporting
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, site visits, and sales closures in CRM systems.Prepare and submit sales reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback.
Market Intelligence
Track competitor projects, pricing, and market trends.Gather customer feedback and share insights with management to support sales strategies.Identify new business opportunities and customer segments.
Qualifications
MBA in Marketing & Sales or similar field.2-4 years of real estate sales experienceExperience and working knowledge of CRM systemsDemonstrable track record of over-achieving quotaStrong written and verbal communication skills
