We operate at the intersection of single-cell biology and AI, with active programs across immuno-oncology, autoimmune disease, and neuroinflammation. Our team includes scientists from leading global institutions, and we are rapidly scaling our data generation engine.
The Role
We are hiring a Scientist to build and own scRNA-seq single-cell platform in Chennai.
You will take full ownership, from setup and validation to high-throughput production (1M+ cells/run). This is a high-autonomy role for someone who has personally run single-cell assays and wants to lead a critical capability from the ground up.
What You'll Do
Establish and scale scRNA-seq workflows Own end-to-end execution: Planning Supplies sample prep library prep QC sequencing handoff.Scale to high-throughput runs (384 samples, 1M cells, semi-automation full-automation) Optimize and innovate protocols (cost, quality, efficiency) Troubleshoot independently and document improvements Manage reagents, vendors, and sequencing logistics Collaborate with ML teams to ensure high-quality data output Build and train a growing wet-lab teamRequired Qualifications
PhD (or equivalent experience) in genomics, molecular biology, immunology, or related field Hands-on experience with single-cell RNA-seq (Parse Evercode, SPLiT-seq, sci-RNA-seq, etc.) Strong NGS library prep & QC skills Proven ability to implement and optimize assays independently Experience with cell prep (PBMCs, nuclei, fixation methods) Ability to work independently with minimal supervisionPreferred
Basic familiarity with single-cell data analysis (Scanpy, Seurat, or similar)Experience developing genomics assays (NGS, library prep, nucleic acids enzymatic assays)Oligo/barcode design experienceExposure to scRNA-seq pipelines Basic Python/R for QC and trackingWho Thrives Here
