JOB SUMMARY: The Designer is an entry level role within the design team with 1+ years of experience with eagerness to learn and contribute to the assigned clients and teams. The Designer supports the design team across the whole design process from conceptualization, styling, and research.
REPORTING: Head of Design
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The Designer will have experience in various stages of design and development process to be able to support the design team from conceptualization stage to execution across multiple projects. In this role, the Designer must possess good time management and organization skills as well as high level of design and technical ability.
• Designs work ranging from smaller production and social campaigns to high priority new business decks.
• Works within a dynamic team structure with several creative leads, helping to support and deliver on the assigned work.
• Collaborates with leadership and other internal stakeholders as needs arise.
• Position our teams to present ideas in the best way possible, agnostic of format.
