We're hiring: Thermal Simulation Intern at AR Power
We're looking for an engineering student who gets excited about Thermal management, CFD simulations, and temperature distributions (yes, people like that exist, and we want you).
What you'll do: Build and validate thermal simulation algorithms. Think heat sink design optimization, semiconductor thermal modeling, and benchmarking your CFD results against analytical predictions. 80% of the work is real engineering, not making coffee.
What you'll need: Meshing fundamentals (GMSH, ANSYS Meshing, Hypermesh, snappyHexMesh) Heat transfer basics (conduction, convection, thermal resistance) CFD experience with any solver (OpenFOAM, Fluent, COMSOL) Python (NumPy, Matplotlib, SciPy)
What's in it for you: Attractive stipend. Remote flexibility Work on a live product used by 1000+ engineers globally Real algorithm development, not busywork
M.Tech 1st year or final year B.Tech in Mechanical / Thermal Engineering preferred. OpenFOAM is a plus but not required. Strong fundamentals matter more than any specific tool.
