About the Role
We are looking for a Program Manager who is a sharp problem-solver, quick thinker, and highly analytical. You will work
closely with project heads and cross-functional leaders to drive business-critical initiatives, establish clarity in ambiguity,
and bring structure and momentum to fast-moving priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Drive cross-functional strategic projects end-to-end with clear ownership of outcomes.
Translate ambiguous business problems into structured plans with measurable milestones.
Build and maintain performance dashboards; analyse data to uncover growth opportunities.
Streamline processes across product, supply chain, marketing, and retail to improve efficiency and speed.
Ensure smooth store operations and support new store launches with strong execution rigor.
Maintain strong stakeholder alignment and communication across internal and external partners.
Bring customer, market, and competitive insights back into product and business decisions.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Preferably 1-2 years of experience in program management, consulting, strategy, analytics, founder's office, or
business operations.
Strong academic pedigree from Tier-1 institutions such as SRCC, Stephens, LSR, Hindu, Hansraj, Ashoka, IITs, NITs,
BITS, or equivalent top colleges.
Strong first-principles problem solver with structured thinking.
Quick, agile, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytical skills with comfort in Excel/Sheets and basic modeling.
Clear communicator with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
High ownership, reliability, and a bias towards execution.
Exposure to D2C, retail, consumer brands, or fast-scaling startups is a plus.
