    Role Overview

    The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. The role will focus on talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and performance management within a global, matrix environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Partner with business leaders to understand priorities and translate them into effective HR strategiesDrive workforce planning, organization design, and capability building initiativesPartner in all talent management processes including succession planning and leadership developmentSupport end-to-end performance management cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and calibrationCollaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies and critical role closuresDrive employee engagement initiatives and improve overall employee experienceManage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processesEnsure compliance with company policies and local labor lawsSupport business transformation and change management initiativesWork closely with HR COEs (TA, L&D, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations)Track and analyze HR metrics (attrition, engagement, hiring effectiveness) to drive decisions

    Key Requirements

    ArcelorMittal is looking for an AI Technical Architect to establish and lead the AI Factory in India

    and define enterprise-grade AI and Generative AI architectures. The role is responsible for

    designing scalable, secure, and high-performing AI platforms and solutions aligned with enterprise

    IT, data, and security standards.


    The AI Technical Architect will collaborate closely with the AI Solution Architect (Europe), business

    stakeholders, and global IT teams to translate business objectives into robust AI architectures.

    This strategic and hands-on role combines deep technical expertise with leadership

    responsibilities to guide teams, drive innovation, and deliver AI-driven business transformation

    supporting ArcelorMittal's vision of smarter, low-carbon steel.

    REQUIRED TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

    AI and GenAI Architecture

    - Deep expertise in Generative AI (LLMs, embeddings, RAG, AI agents, prompt engineering).

    - Experience designing enterprise-scale AI platforms and frameworks.

    - Knowledge of model lifecycle management, evaluation, and optimization.


    Azure and Cloud Architecture

    - Strong experience with Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive

    Services.

    - Experience with cloud networking, compute, storage, identity, and security architecture.

    - Knowledge of cloud-native and microservices architecture patterns.


    Integration and Data Architecture

    - Experience integrating AI with enterprise applications (SAP, Dynamics 365, Power Platform).

    - Knowledge of data platforms (data warehouse, data lake, lakehouse, analytics platforms).

    - Experience with API architecture, event-driven integration, and messaging patterns. Programming and Engineering - Strong knowledge of Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). - Familiarity with data engineering tools (Databricks, Synapse) and AI SDKs. - Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and MLOps practices.

    PREFERRED TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

    Experience defining enterprise architecture standards and reference frameworks.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Experience working in global, distributed organizations.

    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

    Experience 10-12 years of experience in software, cloud, and AI solution delivery. Minimum 3+ years in architecture or technical leadership roles. Proven experience designing AI platforms and enterprise architectures. Experience working with global and distributed teams. Professional certifications in Azure AI / Architect, SAP BTP / AI are a strong plus.
