Experience Required: 5 to 10 years in same profile
Key Responsibilities:
Leading teams: Leads a team of designers, providing creative strategies, mentoring, and assigning tasks. Ensuring quality: Will ensure that designs meet standards, requirements, and specifications, and are produced on time and to a high quality. Managing budgets: Overseeing budgets, timelines, teams, and construction administration. Creating design briefs: Create design briefs based on client or company needs. Attending client meetings: Design managers attend client meetings. Motivating teams: Motivate and encourage internal design teams. Overseeing the design process: Oversee the design process using technical expertise.Reviewing designs with healthy and safety in mind.Maintaining thorough documentation of the design process.Working in an office with occasional site visits.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design/Architecture.
