Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Construction to lead end-to-end execution of large-scale residential projects including luxury high-rise developments and township projects. The role requires strong expertise in modern construction technologies such as Mivan, robust knowledge of quality control (QC) and ISO standards, and proven leadership in managing large teams and complex project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee complete construction lifecycle from planning to project handoverManage execution of high-rise luxury residential and township projectsEnsure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standardsDrive implementation of Mivan / advanced formwork systems for efficient constructionEstablish and monitor quality control systems aligned with ISO standardsCoordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teamsOversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocationIdentify risks, resolve on-site challenges, and ensure smooth executionMonitor compliance with safety norms and regulatory requirementsLead, mentor, and manage large multi-disciplinary teams (site engineers, project managers, contractors)Ensure timely procurement and optimal utilization of materials and resources
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)20+ years of experience in real estate constructionExposure to ERP systems / project management toolsStrong exposure to luxury residential high-rise and township projectsHands-on experience with Mivan / Aluminium Formwork TechnologyIn-depth knowledge of Quality Control (QC) processes and ISO standardsStrong expertise in project planning tools and execution strategiesProven leadership experience managing large teams and multiple projectsExcellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to handle high-pressure environments and tight timelines
