Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Noida. We're looking for a passionate and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team and drive hiring excellence for our diverse client portfolio. What You'll Do
End-to-End Recruitment
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboardingPartner with clients to understand their hiring needs, job specifications, and organizational cultureSource candidates through multiple channels including job boards like Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, and networkingScreen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit against role requirements
Candidate Sourcing & Engagement
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across various technology and non-technology domainsEngage with candidates professionally, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processNegotiate offers and manage candidate expectations effectively
Client & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate the selection processMaintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term partnerships
Metrics & Reporting
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for submissions, interviews, and placementsTrack recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, submission-to-interview ratio, and offer acceptance rateMaintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Provide regular updates and reports to the recruitment lead
What We're Looking For
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a staffing/recruitment agency or RPO environment
Proven track record of
successfully closing positions across IT and/or non-IT domainsStrong sourcing skills with expertise in using job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed)Excellent screening and interviewing skills with the ability to assess technical and cultural fitOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
