Responsibilities
Total Ownership and Responsibility for ERP Implementation and Support.Implementation of modules like Engineering, Procurement & CRM, Material Management, Finance & Accounts etc.Training to end users for all modules.Coordinating with ERP Users to solve their query. Lead configuration/customisation of ERP modules in line with approved requirements. Ensure ERP integrations (modules / external systems / third-party add-ons) function properly.Ensure User Access management.Providing functional support to all departments.Manage data migration / cleansing / mapping tasks and ensure data integrity.Define and enforce data governance practices in ERP (master data, roles, permissions etc.).Monitoring, tracking & reviewing the progress of an incident and keeping the end users informed.Taking ownership for incidents and follow up for status on behalf of end user and keep posting them in timely manner.Track defects/issues and ensure fixes validated and regression-proofing done. Identify bottlenecks, propose improvements for process efficiencies or system enhancements.Arrange for external technical support where issues cannot be resolved at First contact resolution. Timely analysis whether any service or replacement required.Prepare periodic status reports (weekly, monthly) on project progress, issue resolution, risk & mitigation, milestones.
Qualifications
Graduate with minimum 5-10 years experienceShould have experience of ERP (Highrise) implementation and coordination.Excellent communication & coordinating skills.Strong team player with strong interpersonal skills.Should be energetic and enthusiastic.
