    As we strengthen our global presence, we're looking for a driven and strategic Export Manager to join our International Business team and help expand Baidyanath's reach in global wellness markets.


    Role Overview

    The Export Manager will play a key role in supporting the Head of Exports to achieve international business growth targets. This role involves managing existing markets, developing new territories, building strong distributor relationships, and ensuring smooth end-to-end export operations.


    The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, operational excellence, and passion for Ayurveda, with a strong background in exports or international trade from the wellness or FMCG space.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist the Head of Exports in implementing the company's global export strategy and growth roadmap.

    • Identify and develop new international markets and distributor networks.

    • Manage relationships with existing partners to strengthen brand presence and drive sales growth.

    • Handle export documentation, regulatory compliance, and coordination with logistics, finance, and production teams.

    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

    • Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer meetings to promote Baidyanath's Ayurvedic products.

    • Support in preparing business forecasts, pricing strategies, and P&L tracking for export markets.

    • Ensure adherence to all quality, packaging, and labelling requirements as per international standards.


    Candidate Profile

    • 8-12 years of experience in exports, international business, in Ayurveda, Herbal, Wellness, or FMCG sectors.

    • Strong understanding of export documentation, customs, logistics, and compliance processes.

    • Proven ability to manage multiple international markets and distributor relationships.

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

    • Highly self-motivated, result-oriented, and adaptable to cross-cultural business environments.

    • A genuine passion for Ayurveda and wellness will be a strong plus.

    Role Overview

    We are seeking a data-driven, performance-oriented digital marketer with hands-on experience in Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and analytics tools. The candidate will be responsible for managing marketplace advertising campaigns, optimizing sales performance, and leveraging insights from Amazon Brand Analytics (BA) and PI data to drive growth.

    This role requires strong analytical ability, campaign management skills, and knowledge of e-commerce operations.


    Key Responsibilities

    Amazon Ads & Brand Analytics

    Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Sponsored Ads (SP, SB, SD, Video).Analyze Amazon Brand Analytics (Search Query, Market Basket, Demographics) to identify keyword and category opportunities.Use Amazon PI reports to track availability, Buy Box %, and operational blockers.Manage A+ content, Brand Store updates, and creative testing for performance improvement.

    Flipkart Ads & Marketplace Media

    Plan and run Flipkart PLA, PDP, and SmartROI campaigns.Optimize campaigns for CTR, CVR, ROAS, and share of shelf.Collaborate with Flipkart account managers to unlock visibility programs.

    Cross-Platform E-commerce Marketing

    Work with agencies/platform teams to optimize spends across Amazon & Flipkart.Track TACOS, NTB vs Repeat, and contribution margin impact.Identify cross-sell and bundling opportunities using analytics reports.

    Analytics, Reporting & Insights

    Create weekly/monthly dashboards tracking Sales, ACOS, TACOS, CPC, CTR, CVR, Buy Box, and category share.Generate insights from NTB %, Repeat %, Search Query Rank & Volume.Monitor competitor activity and price positioning using marketplace reports.

    Stakeholder Collaboration

    Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Creative teams to ensure campaigns align with inventory and brand priorities.Coordinate with external agencies and Amazon/Flipkart teams for campaign delivery and troubleshooting.


    Key Result Areas (KRAs)

    Campaign Performance: Achieve defined targets for ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR.Sales Growth: Drive incremental ad-attributed sales on Amazon & Flipkart.Efficiency: Optimize TACOS & ensure profitability of campaigns.Customer Acquisition: Increase NTB customers through ads.Market Share: Improve Share of Voice (SoV) on priority keywords.Operational Health: Improve Buy Box %, availability, and listing quality.


    Requirements
