Role Objective:
We are looking for a seasoned innovations professional to own the end-to-end New Product
Development (NPD) pipeline across our Hair & Skin Care business - from trend-led concept
creation to in-market commercialization. You will be the critical thread connecting R&D,
Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and Packaging to bring breakthrough products to life, on time
and on brief.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead projects from ideation, concept brief, formulation, regulatory, packaging, consumer
validation through to commercial launch.
• Monitor global beauty, ingredients, and consumer lifestyle trends; translate insights into
actionable innovation briefs and concept territories.
• Brief R&D/3P partners, evaluate prototypes, and align formulation chemistry to product
claims and sensory/stability performance.
• Source, onboard, and managing third-party manufacturers including qualification, cost
negotiation, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
• Liaise with Supply Chain, R&D, Finance, Sales, and Packaging; run stage-gate reviews and
manage project trackers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Design and execute concept screening, panel evaluations, and efficacy/clinical testing;
convert results into product decisions in coordination with CTI
• Build P&L-linked innovation cases covering COGS, volume projections, and launch
investment in collaboration with Finance and Sales.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's or Master's in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related discipline
• 10-12 years of experience in NPD / Innovations within personal care, beauty, or FMCG
• Proven track record of launching Hair & Skin Care products end-to-end
• Hands-on experience managing 3P manufacturers across the full NPD cycle
• Strong formulation knowledge across hair care and skin care categories
• Experience designing and interpreting consumer testing and efficacy studies
• Excellent cross-functional project management and stakeholder communication skills
• Proficiency in project management tools
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent launches under tight timelines
• Trend-forward mindset with a genuine passion for beauty and personal care innovation
