About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer cum Video Editor to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and a strong command of both static and motion design tools. You will be responsible for crafting engaging graphics and dynamic video content that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Design high-quality graphics for digital campaigns, social media, and marketing materials.Edit promotional videos, product reels, brand stories, and explainer videos.Collaborate closely with content and marketing teams to conceptualize visual content.Ensure brand consistency in all creative deliverables.Adapt and utilize AI-based tools to speed up design workflows and improve output quality.Stay updated with current design and video trends to keep content fresh and impactful.Skills and Tool Expertise:
Graphic Design
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (Must-have)Strong hands-on experience with CanvaFamiliarity with AI-powered design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL E, or similarVideo Editing

Job Role:
Conduct engaging and effective training sessions in verbal reasoning, English communication, and soft skills.Design and develop high-quality learning content, mock tests, and assignments for students preparing for competitive exams.Assess student performance and provide personalized feedback to enhance learning outcomes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve course materials and delivery methods.Integrate modern digital tools and platforms for online and blended learning environments.Mentor students on test-taking strategies, grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and written communication.Contribute to workshops, webinars, and curriculum design for continuous program improvement.Requirements:
Master's degree in Applied Linguistics / English / Communication or related field (preferred: MA in Applied Linguistics).3+ years of experience in English/verbal training for exams like GMAT, CAT, GRE, SAT, etc.Experience in content writing and editing for academic or corporate purposes.Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and pedagogy.Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with tools such as MS Office, Canva, and educational tech platforms.Desirable Qualities:
