Responsibilities
Counsel prospective parents and students about BBFS Residential Academy programs and provide personalized student counselling and education guidance.Manage the complete admissions process from lead enquiry to enrolment.Conduct follow-ups with prospective families through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings and improve lead conversionBuild strong relationships with parents and guide them through the admission and decision-making process.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience for new admissions.Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track admissions progress.Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.Represent BBFS at trials, webinars, and admission drives as required.Qualification & Skills
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.2-5 years of experience in admissions, counselling, sales, customer success, or relationship management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus). Strong counselling, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.Comfortable working with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.Self-driven, organised, and target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.Passion for education, grassroots development, or sports is preferred.Good to have
Experience in schools, universities, edtech, boarding schools, or residential education.Experience counselling parents and students on education or career-related decisions. Read Less
