Job Summary:
Bhupesh Vyas Group, a leader in premium residential, commercial, and industrial real estate, is seeking a motivated Sales Executive/Manager to drive sales across property, plot sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, an understanding of the real estate - Commercial, Residential, Plots, Flat, Row Houses and excellent relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify, connect, and engage potential clients through leads, referrals, and networking.
Sales Presentations: Conduct property tours, site visits, and provide in-depth knowledge about residential, commercial, and plot projects.
Relationship Management: Build long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and after-sales support.
Sales Negotiation: Close sales by negotiating prices, terms, and conditions while maintaining company standards.
Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and real estate and interior design developments in Indore.
Documentation & Compliance: Assist clients with legal, financial, and design documentation, ensuring smooth transaction processes.
Brand Representation: Actively promote the company through marketing events, exhibitions, and social media engagement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate,
Proven track record in real estate, plot sales, or interior design sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of Indore's real estate.
