Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Principal to lead our school in Gwalior. The role requires strong academic leadership, operational excellence, and deep engagement with parents, teachers, and students.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead academic planning, curriculum execution & teacher development
• Drive admissions, parent satisfaction & school reputation
• Ensure compliance with CBSE/International standards & audits
• Mentor middle leadership and build a strong school culture
• Oversee daily operations, discipline, and performance metrics
Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory)
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in K-12 education
• At least 3-5 years in a leadership role (Principal / Vice Principal / Headmistress)
• Experience in CBSE / International School environment preferred
• Current residence in Madhya Pradesh or willingness to relocate to Gwalior immediately
Compensation
• CTC strictly up to 10 to 12LPA
• Structured incentives linked to admissions growth & academic outcomes
• No housing or relocation allowance beyond the stated CTC
