We are seeking a CTO Co-founder to lead the Technology & IP Layer across Blitz's emerging Product portfolio, from SaaS automation to skilling and training. We are looking for a Builder-Founder mindset - someone who can start hands-on as a Senior Engineer and evolve into the CTO-Cofounder of Blitz Patent-driven AI portfolio. You can do this with your current Profession; however, you must be eligible to engage in Independent IP creation outside your current Role / Assignment. (No Conflict of Interest with your current organization), whether it is your own or your employer's.
While this is a Part-time Opportunity, if any 1-2 of our Patents becomes Traction-Proof, we have an Opportunity to either sell it to a Founder/Company or develop ourselves as a Product Company.
Hence, at that point, you could be either one of the early Equity-holding CXOs in such a Spin-Off Subsidiary or stand to cash out your Equity vested at the time of Sale.

You can do this with your current Profession; however, you must be eligible to engage in Independent IP creation outside your current Role / Assignment. (No Conflict of Interest with your current organization), whether it is your own or your employer's.
While this is a Part-time Opportunity, if any 1-2 of our Patents becomes Traction-Proof, we have an Opportunity to either sell it to a Founder/Company or develop ourselves as a Product Company.
