Role Overview: Design Architect
As a Design Architect, you will be involved in design development, coordination, and BIM-based project delivery. This role is not limited to modeling - you will actively contribute to design intent, coordination decisions, and project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to architectural design development and detailing
Translate design intent into coordinated BIM models
Work closely with Client, design consultants and internal teams
Participate in design discussions, reviews, and decision-making
Identify design discrepancies and support resolution through BIM workflows
Ensure design consistency across drawings and models
Use BIM tools like Revit to enhance coordination and design efficiency
Prepare detailed drawings and construction documentation using Revit
Coordinate with MEP and Structural teams for clash-free, coordinated models
Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM processes, workflows, and standards
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture - 02 to 05 years of experience
Experience working on Residential, Commercial, Mixed-Use, or Industrial projects
Good proficiency in Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate architectural design intent
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and committed to meeting project deadlines
