POSITION PURPOSE:
To manage and grow business for Boss Products from key accounts by developing strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and offering suitable adhesive & sealant product solutions. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and increasing market penetration in assigned territory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and grow key accounts in the regionFocus on construction and industrial segmentsDrive business growth through strategic account planningDevelop and maintain long-term relationships with key customersIdentify new opportunities within existing and prospective accountsTrack projects, tenders, and market developmentsStrong exposure to industrial visits & client handlingIdentify and develop new business opportunities and channel partnersPromote the full range of BOSS products to distributors, retailers, and influencersAchieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectivesAct as the primary point of contact for key customersCoordinate with internal teams for pricing, supply, and executionHandle commercial negotiations and contract discussionsResolve customer issues and ensure high satisfaction levelsMonitor competitor activity and market trendsPrepare sales forecasts, account plans, and performance reports
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Graduate / Post-Graduate in Business Administration, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.4-8 years of experience in Sales / Key Account Management preferably in Adhesives, Sealants, Construction Chemicals, Building Materials, Industrial Products or related industries.
