    We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day office administration, vendor coordination, facility management, and overall workplace operations.


    Key Responsibilities

    Office Administration & Operations

    Manage day-to-day office administrative activities and operational coordination Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities and workplace management Maintain office records, documents, and administrative reports Handle office maintenance and coordinate issue resolution when required


    Vendor & Pantry Coordination

    Coordinate with third-party pantry and housekeeping agencies Ensure timely availability of pantry supplies, office essentials, and consumables Monitor vendor services and maintain operational standards Coordinate with external vendors for office-related requirements and support


    Inventory & Office Supplies Management

    Track office inventory, stationery, and administrative supplies Ensure timely procurement and replenishment of required materials Maintain records of office assets and supplies


    Facility & Workplace Management

    Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and proper upkeep of office premises Coordinate seating arrangements, meeting room management, and workspace readiness Support smooth day-to-day workplace operations for employees and visitors


    Coordination & Administrative Support

    Coordinate with internal departments for operational requirements Support management with administrative tasks and office coordination Assist in organizing meetings, events, and office activities when required


    Required Skills

    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Good communication and coordination skills Ability to manage vendors and office operations efficiently Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Basic knowledge of office administration and facility coordination Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment

    Eligibility Criteria

    About the Role

    We are hiring a Placement Executive / Placement Coordinator to support student placements, corporate partnerships, and job opportunity sourcing across high-demand domains.

    This role is suitable for candidates with experience in placements, recruitment, talent acquisition, or corporate relations, particularly within EdTech, training institutes, or academic environments.

    The selected candidate will be responsible for connecting students with employers, sourcing job opportunities, engaging recruiters, and supporting placement outcomes.


    Key Responsibilities


    1. Job Opportunity Sourcing & Employer Outreach

    Identify and connect with companies, including startups and enterprises, for job opportunities.Conduct outreach to HR professionals, recruiters, and hiring managers.Build a pipeline of job openings across domains such as data science, AI, cybersecurity, digital marketing, investment banking, cloud & DevOps, and MBA roles.


    2. Job Portal Research & Talent Mapping

    Track job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, company career pages)Identify relevant openings aligned with student skill sets.Share opportunities and coordinate application processes.Map job descriptions with student profiles to improve alignment.


    3. Corporate Relations & Hiring Partnerships

    Build and maintain relationships with HR professionals and talent acquisition teams.Understand hiring requirements and align them with candidate profiles.Support development of repeat hiring partnerships


    4. Fresher Talent Pipeline Development

    Connect with colleges, universities, and talent pools.Support development of entry-level hiring opportunitiesTrack demand trends for freshers across relevant domains.


    5. Placement Strategy & Execution

    Support execution of placement strategies across multiple domains.Manage the placement lifecycle, including sourcing, coordination, and follow-ups.Ensure continuity in job opportunities and interview processes.


    6. Student Career Support & Readiness

    Guide students on:Resume buildingInterview preparationJob application strategiesSupport initiatives to improve employability and job readiness.

    7. Communication & Coordination

    Share updates on job opportunities and hiring processes.Coordinate between students, recruiters, and internal stakeholders.Support interview scheduling and follow-ups


    8. Data Tracking & Reporting

    Maintain placement data through CRM or internal dashboards.Track metrics such as the following:Number of opportunitiesInterviews scheduledConversion ratesGenerate reports for internal review.

    Key Responsibilities of the Candidate
    Case Management:Manage all stages of litigation, from initial evaluation through appeals.Draft, review, and finalize pleadings, motions, affidavits, and other court documents.Coordinate with witnesses, domain experts, external legal counsel, and law enforcement agencies as required.Maintain comprehensive case files and ensure adherence to timelines and procedures.
    Legal Research:Undertake exhaustive legal research to provide evidence and precedents that strengthen the company's litigation strategy.Stay updated with evolving legal trends, statutory changes, and landmark judgments impacting corporate law.Prepare legal memoranda and internal briefs summarizing research findings.
    Legal Representation:Represent Boston Institute of Analytics before various courts, tribunals, government agencies, and arbitration forums.Participate in mediation, conciliation, and other forms of alternate dispute resolution as required.Prepare clients and witnesses for court proceedings where applicable.
    Advisory Role:Offer sound legal advice to management and internal teams to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.Interpret complex legal documents and provide actionable insights for operational and strategic decisions.Evaluate the legal impact of business ventures, partnerships, and contracts.
    Document Review:Review and analyze a wide range of legal and business documents to assess litigation risk and significance.Assist in the discovery process, including e-discovery and document production for court use.Flag inconsistencies or issues of concern proactively.
    Stakeholder Liaison:Act as the legal liaison for cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, Operations, and Compliance.Manage coordination and communication with external law firms and legal consultants.Align litigation and legal risk strategy with the company's commercial objectives.

    Reporting:Provide timely reports and updates to senior leadership on ongoing litigation, key risks, and recommended strategies.Maintain a legal dashboard for tracking case progress, upcoming hearings, and document submissions.Document learnings from closed cases and update internal policy manuals accordingly.

    Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) from a reputed and accredited law school; a Master's degree (LL.M.) is a plus.Valid license to practice law in India.10+ years of relevant experience in both litigation and advisory roles, preferably with exposure to civil and criminal matters.Sound understanding of corporate, contract, and commercial law.Familiarity with intellectual property laws will be considered a significant advantage.Excellent drafting, negotiation, research, and analytical skills.Strong proficiency in legal research tools such as Manupatra, SCC Online, or equivalent.Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and within tight deadlines.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.High ethical standards and professional integrity.Sanad License is mandatory
