The Boston Institute of Analytics (BIA) is looking for a motivated Academic Counselor in Pune to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and experience in EdTech sales or student counseling.

    As an Academic Counselor, you will provide essential academic counseling and career guidance to prospective students, helping them navigate course offerings, admissions requirements, and career opportunities in the analytics industry. You will be a key part of our admissions team, working closely with students and their families to drive student enrollments and support student retention.

    Key Responsibilities

    Role Overview

    We are looking for a Senior Manager - College Partnerships who will be responsible for building, managing, and expanding strategic partnerships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions across India. This role demands strong relationship management skills, a proven track record in B2B/B2E sales (education sector), and the ability to drive revenue through long-term collaborations.


    Key Responsibilities

    Identify and Prospect Partnerships:Research and shortlist potential colleges, universities, and higher education institutions across India that align with BIA's training and certification programs. Proactively reach out to decision-makers to initiate discussions.Relationship Building & Stakeholder Management: Develop deep, trust-based relationships with principals, directors, trustees, heads of departments, and training & placement officers. Maintain continuous engagement to strengthen collaboration.Strategic Partnership Development: Design customized partnership models, including curriculum integration, joint certification programs, faculty development workshops, and student career fairs to maximize value for partner institutions.Negotiation & Agreement Finalization: Lead commercial negotiations, prepare proposals, and draft and finalize MoUs, ensuring mutually beneficial terms while aligning with BIA's business objectives.Program Implementation & Coordination: Work closely with internal delivery, operations, and academic teams to ensure smooth execution of training programs at partner campuses, including scheduling, resource allocation, and faculty assignments.Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track partnership performance using KPIs such as student enrollment, program completion rates, and placement outcomes. Provide regular reports and data-driven insights to management.Revenue Generation & Target Achievement: Drive enrollments and revenue growth from partnered institutions through effective pipeline management and conversion strategies.Brand Representation: Represent BIA at national and regional education fairs, skill development summits, and industry conferences to promote offerings and network with potential partners.Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of trends in higher education, skill development policies, government initiatives, and competitive offerings to refine partnership strategies.Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with marketing, product, and operations teams to create impactful campaigns, case studies, and success stories that strengthen partner engagement and acquisition.


    Required Skills & Experience

    5-10 years of experience in college/university partnership, institutional sales, or academic alliances.Strong network within the higher education sector.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Proven ability to manage high-value relationships and deliver business targets.Exposure to EdTech, corporate training, or skill development programs is preferred.Willingness to travel extensively across regions.


    Education
