About the Role

We are looking for a senior, hands-on Product Owner / Delivery Manager who takes end-to-end responsibility for product features, from ideation through build, release, and live operation.
This is a high-ownership role combining:
The role sits close to the CTO Office and acts as the single point of accountability for product execution, timelines, quality, and stakeholder communication.
You will plan, drive, and run releases, own the product roadmap, coordinate cross-functional teams, and provide clear delivery reporting to leadership.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on, execution-focused, and comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment, with strong ownership of delivery, quality, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Product & Feature Ownership
Own product features from concept delivery post-release supportTranslate business goals into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteriaTake full accountability for scope, timelines, quality, and outcomesBalance new features, technical work, and fixes based on priority and impact
Delivery & Release Management
Act as Delivery Manager for product initiatives and releasesPlan, schedule, and run software releases end-to-endCoordinate engineering, QA, design, and business teams to ensure readinessLead UAT planning and execution, including go/no-go decisionsManage live issues, defects, and hotfixes in coordination with engineeringEnsure predictable delivery through strong planning and execution discipline
Product Ownership (Agile / Scrum)
Act as Product Owner for one or more development teamsOwn, prioritise, and continuously groom the product backlog (Jira)Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesEnsure Agile/Scrum processes are followed with a strong delivery mindsetHandle defect triage, prioritisation, and resolution tracking
Roadmap & Prioritisation
