    About the Role:

    We are looking for a Client Success & Sales Associate who can manage client communication primarily through email and play a key role in maintaining and growing the company's sales.

    If you are someone who understands client psychology, communicates clearly over email, and knows how to maintain long-term business relationships, this role is for you.


    Key Responsibilities


    Manage client communication primarily through emailHandle renewals, follow-ups, and negotiation threadsMaintain and grow existing accountsEnsure client satisfaction and long-term retentionTrack deal status and revenue continuity


    Ideal Candidate Profile


    Strong written communication skillsExperience in sales coordination, client handling, or account managementAbility to negotiate and handle pricing discussions confidentlyOrganised, process-driven, and detail-orientedComfortable working in a deadline-driven environmentPrior experience in digital services and marketing (Optional)
