    Buddhi Clinic is hiring a Clinical Administrator - the person who ensures a clinic built on clinical excellence actually runs with that same precision. Every day.

    We're a 20-year-old Interventional Neuropsychiatry & Rehabilitation centre in Chennai - rTMS, tDCS, taVNS, qEEG-guided Neurofeedback, robotics-assisted rehab, integrative therapies - with patients from 18 countries and 50,000+ sessions delivered. Our clinical team includes neuropsychiatrists, psychiatrists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and Ayurveda/Naturopathy practitioners working as one unit.

    We need someone to command the clinical operations engine.


    THIS ROLE IS ABOUT

    Owning clinical workflow - patient scheduling, therapy sequencing, clinician rostering, treatment pathway adherence. Zero drop-offs. Zero bottlenecks.

    Enforcing clinical SOPs and protocols - you catch deviations and you act. You don't wait.

    Using technology as a clinical weapon - EMR/ERP, clinical dashboards, outcome tracking. You see a number that's off, you fix it the same day.

    Making decisions - protocol enforcement, clinical escalations, team performance, care quality. You carry medical-administrative authority and you use it.

    Driving the patient journey from assessment through neuromodulation, rehab, and follow-up with continuity and precision.

    IDEAL PROFILES

    Nursing Superintendents who've commanded clinical floors - you know what care delivery looks like when it works, and when it doesn't

    Hospital Administrators with deep clinical operations DNA - not just admin, but someone who's lived inside the clinical workflow

    Strong administrators from any healthcare background with the authority, grit, and clinical acumen to run a high-performance care operation


    YOU BRING

    10-12 years in clinical operations / hospital administration - the kind of experience that gives you instinct, not just knowledge

    Decisiveness as a default, not a stretch

    Technology fluency - EMR/ERP, clinical dashboards, digital health tools. You use data to act, not just to report.

    English + Tamil (Hindi a plus)


    Bonus: Neuro/psych/rehab setting experience. Familiarity with neuromodulation or EEG diagnostics. NABH exposure. Passion for brain science.

We've launched our nutraceutical range and healing kits (cognitive health, gut intelligence, omega-3, sleep & recovery, musculoskeletal) paired with structured therapy programs, and are now looking for someone to own the commercial journey - from zero to scale.

    The role

    You will design and execute the go-to-market strategy across BuddhiMantra's full product and service portfolio - nutraceuticals, healing kits, and associated wellness programs. This means deciding which channels to prioritise, building clinical and consumer sales pipelines, and ensuring seamless delivery and customer experience end-to-end.

    This is a builder's role. You'll work directly with the founding team with full ownership of commercial outcomes.

    What we're looking for

    Proven GTM experience in nutraceuticals, functional nutrition, or clinical wellness - you've built a sales motion before, not just executed one

    Comfort operating across B2B (HCP partnerships, clinic networks) and D2C channels simultaneously

    Experience selling bundled products and services - kits, programs, or subscription models where delivery and customer success are part of the sales promise

    Strong enough on the science to speak credibly to clinicians; strong enough on commercial to close deals and hit numbers

    Entrepreneurial - thrives in early-stage environments where the playbook doesn't exist yet
