Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Success Manager, located in Trivandrum. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, fostering strong relationships with parents, addressing inquiries and concerns, monitoring student progress, and driving customer retention. The Customer Success Manager will act as a liaison between the center and families, providing regular updates and ensuring a seamless experience. The role also involves gathering feedback to improve services and identifying opportunities to enhance customer engagement and outcomes.
Qualifications
Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive experience and effective issue resolutionStrong skills in Relationship Building and Customer Retention to foster trust and long-term connections with familiesProficiency in Analytical Skills to assess performance data and identify areas for improvementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with both internal teams and parentsExperience in the education or cognitive development sector is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field
