About the Role
We're looking for a Head Chef to lead and oversee the entire culinary operation - savoury and sweet - across all our stores. The ideal candidate is a leader who blends creativity, commitment, and control, and can inspire high-performing kitchen teams while maintaining world-class standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end culinary operations across 10+ outlets.
• Manage and mentor chefs across savoury and pastry divisions.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and hygiene across all kitchens.
• Drive menu innovation and R&D aligned with brand vision.
• Standardise recipes and systems for scalability and training.
• Collaborate directly with the Founder on culinary direction and expansion.
Requirements
• 8-10 years of professional kitchen experience, with 3+ years in a leadership or multi-outlet role.
• Strong foundation in continental, café, and dessert menus.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate large kitchen teams.
• Deep understanding of kitchen operations, costing, and efficiency.
• A professional who values commitment, teamwork, and culinary excellence.
