Role Overview
The HR Administrative Officer will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end human resource functions and supporting management in implementing effective HR strategies, policies, and systems. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage HR policies, procedures, and frameworks in alignment with organisational objectives and statutory requirementsManage the complete employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, engagement, and exit processesExecute administrative jobs related to functioning of offices.Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolutionDesign and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and professional work environmentOversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field2-3 years of relevant experience in an HR generalist or HR managerial roleExcellent communication skills with strong proficiency in Hindi and English (written and verbal)Strong interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving abilitiesMust be currently based in
