Cliqr is a guest content and intelligence platform for premium dining venues. We turn every guest visit into authentic UGC content (Reels/Shorts), a verified opted-in guest CRM the venue actually owns, and revenue through WhatsApp marketing. We're live in Hyderabad and growing fast.
THE ROLE
You will be Cliqr's boots on the ground in Hyderabad walking into premium restaurants, sitting across the table from owners, and showing them a better way to market themselves and own their guest data. This is a relationship-first, field-first sales role. You'll run demos on the owner's phone, set up their first QR on the spot, and own the journey from first conversation to paid subscription.

Prospect and visit premium dining venues across Jubilee Hills, Banjara Hills, Hitech City, and MadhapurPitch Cliqr to restaurant owners and F&B managers - in person, on their termsRun live demos on the owner's phone and set up onboarding during the first meetingEnrol venues in a 30-day free pilot and manage the trial-to-paid conversionHand over signed restaurants to the Customer Success team with a complete onboarding briefMaintain a clean CRM record of pipeline, visit notes, and follow-upsShare field insights with the founder - what objections you're hearing, what's resonating, what's not

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
2-4 years of B2B field sales experience, ideally in hospitality, F&B tech, or SaaS
(prefer expereince working at Swiggy, Zomato, Byjus, and related companies)Comfortable walking into restaurants cold and getting to the decision-makerFluent in Telugu and English; Hindi is a plusHyderabad-based with own transport and availability for evening venue visitsHigh energy, self-directed - you manage your own calendar and pipelineHonest communicator: you set accurate expectations, not just close deals
NICE TO HAVE
Existing relationships with premium restaurant owners or F&B groups in HyderabadExperience selling digital marketing, WhatsApp marketing, or CRM toolsFamiliarity with the Hyderabad dining scene
COMPENSATION
Competitive base salary + performance bonus tied to signed and converted restaurants. Details shared during interview. We believe in paying well for the right person.
