Role Summary
CloudNuro is looking for a Sales Leader in India to build and manage the India-based GTM team. This person will run day-to-day sales execution, manage the GTM/sales managers, drive outbound campaigns, support partner motions, and ensure the team consistently creates qualified pipeline for CloudNuro's SaaS, Cloud, FinOps, and AI Governance offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the India GTM team responsible for outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline generation. Manage daily sales activities, targets, reporting, and performance reviews. Build account lists, campaign plans, messaging, and follow-up cadences. Coordinate with US leadership for target accounts, ICP, positioning, and campaign priorities. Coach junior sales managers on outreach, discovery, qualification, and CRM discipline. Support webinars, LinkedIn campaigns, email campaigns, and partner campaigns. Ensure clean CRM hygiene, accurate pipeline reporting, and weekly GTM dashboards. Contribute to sales playbooks for SaaS waste audits, cloud optimization, M365 optimization, and AI spend governance.
Required Experience
5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, SDR/BDR leadership, inside sales, or GTM operations. Experience managing sales or lead generation teams. Strong understanding of enterprise sales process and pipeline stages. Comfortable with CRM, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and sales automation tools. Excellent communication, coaching, and execution discipline.
