Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Salesperson to join our Coitonic offline store team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fitness & fashion, deliver excellent customer service, and contribute to achieving store sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist walk-in customers with product selection and styling advice.Develop in-depth knowledge of Coitonic's gymwear and activewear collections.Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.Handle billing, transactions, and maintain accurate sales records.Ensure store cleanliness, merchandising, and visual appeal at all times.Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.Support stock management, replenishment, and inventory reporting.Work closely with the store manager to achieve overall business growth.Requirements
Experience: 1-3 years in retail sales (fashion/apparel/sportswear preferred).Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Enthusiastic, energetic, and customer-oriented.Comfortable with POS systems and basic inventory handling.Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak business hours.
