Role Description
We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager for a full-time on-site role at our New Delhi office. The role involves designing and executing influencer campaigns, building relationships with influencers and brands, managing partnerships, and monitoring campaign performance.
This position requires strong strategic planning, overseeing the creative process, and ensuring timely delivery of campaigns to maximize brand impact. The role also includes scouting and identifying relevant influencers based on campaign requirements, along with strong negotiation skills

Proven experience in Influencer Marketing and Brand CollaborationExpertise in Social Media Strategy, Campaign Management, and Community EngagementStrong skills in Relationship Building and NegotiationHighly disciplined, consistent, and committed to maintaining a strong work ethic.Data Analysis and Reporting skills for measuring campaign performanceKnowledge of Social Media Trends, Platforms, and Influencer Discovery ToolsAbility to manage projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in teamsAcademic background in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferredStrong influencer scouting abilities and excellent negotiation skills.
