Job Description: We are seeking a Marketing Operations Executive to oversee the accurate management and reporting of subscription data and related financial transactions. She/He will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of subscriptions data entry, managing offline subscription entries and activations & generating various reports to support the efficient functioning of the organization. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Reporting:Prepare and submit the Monthly Print Order report for each month, detailing print requirements for the upcoming period.Generate the Monthly Purchase Order report & conduct regular inventory checks to ensure sufficient stock availability.Provide alternate-day reporting of the 'Combined Report' for single & current issue orders that are not part of the regular Purchase OrderCreate and share the Monthly Collection & Realization Report to relevant stakeholders.Generate the Net Realization FY Report as required by the Finance department.Conduct periodic order reconciliation and reporting, along with any ad-hoc reporting needed for audit purposes.Product SKU and Landing Page Updates:Create & update product SKUs and Plan IDs for Subscription products.Ensure that campaign landing pages are updated with the latest issue launches, special campaigns, product details, cover images, and pricing information.Subscription Cheques & DD Management:Coordinate with the Finance department to track payment realization for subscription cheques and DDs received by the company.Identify & inform subscribers about invalid cheques and coordinate their return process.Offline Subscription Entries and Activations:Handle various aspects of offline subscription entries, including cheques, distributor data, bulk subscriptions, and outbound calls managed by the Customer Care (CC) Team.Help resolve the delivery related queries raised by the Customer Care TeamQualifications:
