We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant with experience in e-commerce accounting, preferably handling Amazon Seller Central operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcess supplier invoices, payments, and purchase entries.Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.Process Amazon settlements, reimbursements, and expense reports.Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.Prepare GST working (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B) and maintain records in Tally ERP.Generate E-Way Bills and manage stock journals.Prepare daily financial summaries and MIS reports.Maintain invoices, receipts, and accounting documentation.Assist with payroll processing and general administrative tasks.Requirements2-4 years of accounting experience.Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and GST compliance.Experience with Amazon Seller Central settlements and e-commerce accounting is highly preferred.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Interested candidates can share their resume with their current CTC, expected salary, and notice period.
