    About the Role

We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor to take full artistic ownership of our content pipeline, covering both high-retention long-form storytelling and short-form video. This position is for a successful, high-growth international gaming channel.

We are looking for a creative partner who loves gaming, understands what makes videos engaging, and can think on their feet to bring fresh ideas to the table. If you thrive on creative freedom and want to see your work watched by millions of people, we would love to have you on the team.

    What We Value & Expect

We focus on the final outcome and give our editors the autonomy to find the best way to get there. In this role, you will be trusted to deliver:

Creative Narrative Ownership:We look for editors who can study the channel's style, understand what makes it special, and independently shape raw footage into a compelling story. We love working with self-starters who don't need to be hand-held through every cut.Fresh Ideas & Innovation:We encourage you to bring your own creative concepts, meme mechanics, and pop-culture references to the table. Instead of just following an old template, we want you to have fun with the edits and find ways to elevate the content.Attention to Detail:While you will have complete freedom over how you execute your edits, the final videos should follow our core style guidelines, technical standards, and quality benchmarks.Smart Problem Solving:You will be responsible for keeping the final files technically clean, which includes naturally resolving standard gaming bottlenecks like motion tracking glitches or VR movement sync.Great Pacing under Sprints:Occasionally, trending topics require a fast turnaround. You should be comfortable managing a steady production pace and delivering polished, well-balanced project files within a 24-hour window when needed.

    Requirements

Experience editing fast-paced digital entertainment or gaming content with a strong grasp of audience engagement.Great comedic timing, crisp pacing, and a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to build a great story out of raw footage.Proficiency in professional editing suites (such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects) to handle clean visual effects and asset tracking.A strong eye and ear for audio balancing, subtitle accuracy, graphic placement, and sound design.

    How to Apply

Your Portfolio: Please send your CV and a link to your best portfolio or showreel showcasing your storytelling approach. The Skill Assessment: Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a practical, time-boxed video editing test so we can see your workflow, speed, and creative style in action before the final interview.

References: Before finalised onboarding, we will look to connect with your past supervisors or clients to chat about your previous editing experience and reliability.

    The Opportunity

Our cinematic 3D animations are a signature part of what makes this channel legendary. They open videos, tell stories, and set the tone for everything we do.

We're hiring 2-3 3D Cinematic Animators to create stunning, cinematic-quality 3D animations for video content and in-game cutscenes for our VR game studio. Your work won't sit in a folder or get buried in a pipeline. It will be seen by millions of people. Every single time.

If you've ever watched a cinematic Gorilla Tag short and thought "I could make something even better" - this is your shot.
