Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Operations Management and Production, including:Production planning, control, and schedulingQuality management (Six Sigma, TQM, Lean)Operations strategy & process optimizationEnterprise Resource Planning (ERP) integrationDesign and deliver dynamic lectures, tutorials, case studies, simulations, and projects.Develop course materials: syllabus, assignments, assessments, and self-learning modules-especially for hybrid or online programs.Mentor students, advising them on coursework, career goals, and capstone or research projects.Engage in curriculum development in coordination with the department-updating content to reflect emerging technologies and methodologies.Participate in academic administration-program assessment, accreditation efforts, committee work, student counseling, and admissions.Contribute to research: publish in peer-reviewed journals, present at conferences, and engage with industry partners on applied research.Qualifications & Experience Requirements
Educational Background:Master's degree (MBA) in Operations Management, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field.PhD preferred from research-led institutions.Experience:Minimum 5 years of combined teaching (business school or university) and/or industry experience in operations, production, quality control, or manufacturing systems.Hands-on knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, or ERP implementation is essential.Skills & Competencies:Excellent communication and classroom delivery.Proficient in outcome-based education and technology-enabled learning platforms.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and case-based teaching capabilities.Demonstrated ability to mentor students and guide them through projects or operational simulations.

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our university as Assistant Director - International Affairs. Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of the University's internationalization strategy aligned with institutional goals.Identify, initiate, and manage strategic partnerships with global universities, industries, and organizations.Oversee student and faculty mobility programs, including exchange, summer schools, immersion, and research collaboration initiatives.Coordinate the signing and implementation of MoUs, articulation agreements, and partnership frameworks.Lead international marketing and outreach efforts, representing the University at global academic forums, education fairs, and conferences.Ensure regulatory and institutional compliance in line with UGC, AIU, and MEA norms for all international collaborations.Maintain data and documentation for international rankings, accreditations, and institutional reports.Collaborate with internal departments for visa, travel, logistics, and documentation support related to international activities.Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and performance dashboards for senior leadership.Qualifications & Experience
