Responsibilities
Design and develop women's wear styles aligned with the brand's aesthetic and visionResearch and interpret current trends in silhouettes, colors, prints, patterns, and fabricsCreate fresh design concepts that are both creative and commercially relevantWork closely on sampling, fittings, and design corrections to achieve the desired final productCoordinate with tailors, merchandisers, and production teams for smooth executionManage and guide the tailoring team to ensure quality and timely outputPlan production timelines and oversee the production processEnsure consistency in fit, finishing, and overall garment qualityHandle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced work environmentCandidate Profile
Minimum 4 years of experience in women's wear designPreferably worked with a fashion label or established brandStrong understanding of silhouettes, colors, prints, patterns, and current fashion trendsGood knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and production processesAbility to handle pressure and manage a team of tailors and merchandisersOrganized, detail-oriented, and capable of planning production efficientlyStrong creative sense with practical execution skillsGood communication and coordination abilitiesLocation: Faridabad
