We are looking for a highly analytical and growth-focused Performance Marketing Manager who can scale Meta advertising campaigns and drive measurable business growth.

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across
Meta Ads and Google Ads (Facebook & Instagram)Monitor campaign performance and optimize key metrics like
CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversionsManage campaign setup, audience targeting, retargeting, and budget allocationScale high-performing campaigns while maintaining efficiency and profitabilityCollaborate with creative and content teams for ad creatives and performance optimizationAnalyze campaign data and generate actionable insights for growthConduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, hooks, and landing pagesCoordinate with internal stakeholders for campaign planning and executionTrack daily ad spends, reporting, and performance dashboardsStay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and performance marketing strategies
Preferred Qualifications:
6-9 years of hands-on experience in
Performance Marketing / Meta AdsPrior experience in
D2C / ecommerce / beauty-wellness brands preferredStrong understanding of customer acquisition and funnel optimizationExperience managing high-budget Meta campaigns with proven ROAS growthStrong analytical and data interpretation skillsProficiency in
