Pre-Sales is the engine of our pipeline - responsible for outbound lead generation, qualification, and discovery.
ROLE SUMMARY:
The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, converting them into prospects, running qualification and discovery calls, and handing over Sales-Ready Leads (SQLs) to the Sales team.
This role is not support - it is the revenue engine of EALKAY.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Generation (Outbound Focus)
Build targeted lead lists from LinkedIn, Apollo, directories, events, and databases.Conduct outbound WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new leads.Leverage industry research to identify potential clients (startups, MSMEs, growth-stage companies).Maintain & update lead lists in CRM (Zoho CRM).
Prospecting & Engagement
Initiate conversations with founders, CXOs, decision-makers.Share introductory information about EALKAY offerings.Move contacts from "lead" "prospect" through systematic nurturing.Ensure consistent follow-ups using structured sequences.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have
3 - 4 years experience in Pre-Sales / SDR / BDA in B2B, consulting, or services.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to run qualification conversations with founders/CXOs.Understanding of business basics (strategy, finance, tech, compliance).Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho preferred).KPI-driven and disciplined in follow-up.
