We are hiring a Business Development Manager for a leading organization delivering end-to-end well lifecycle solutions from construction and well delivery to production management, technology, and integrated services.
This role is focused on driving profitable growth, strengthening client partnerships, and expanding business across the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across well construction, well management, and technical service lines
• Build and maintain strong relationships with oil & gas clients, understanding their operational and contracting strategies
• Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with revenue targets
• Support tender preparation, commercial evaluations, and business case development
• Deliver technical presentations and represent the company at industry events
• Maintain accurate market intelligence, competitor insights, and CRM updates
• Ensure compliance with Quality, HSE, and corporate governance standards
• Mentor and support team members where applicable
What We're Looking For:
• 9+ years of experience in a Technical or Sales role within Oil & Gas
• Strong exposure to well construction, well intervention, production, testing, or well flow management
• Professional qualification (Technical preferred)
• Strong commercial understanding and financial awareness
• Proven ability to deliver results and manage complex stakeholder relationships
• Strong communication, planning, and leadership skills
