    WHAT YOU WILL OWN

    Hotel Operations

    • Design & implement all SOPs from scratch - front office, housekeeping, maintenance

    • Pre-opening setup: licensing, FF&E coordination, team recruitment & soft launch

    • Manage PMS (Opera / Hotelogix / IDS) and daily KPIs - RevPAR, ADR, occupancy

    • Maintain full statutory compliance: fire NOC, FSSAI, GST, labour law


    ️ Food & Beverage / Restaurant

    • Conceptualise and launch all F&B outlets - restaurant, bar, room service, banquet kitchen

    • Achieve food cost targets (28-32%) through smart inventory & vendor management

    • Ensure FSSAI compliance, hygiene audits & responsible beverage service

    • Grow F&B revenue via dining experiences, promotions & delivery platform integrations


    Vendor & Procurement Management

    • Build the entire vendor ecosystem from zero - F&B, linen, engineering, IT, security

    • Negotiate MSA/SLA contracts benchmarked to market rates

    • Drive 10-15% annual procurement savings through consolidation & volume deals

    • Ensure all vendors hold valid GST, FSSAI & regulatory certifications


    Events & Banquet Management

    • Launch and commercialise banquet, wedding & MICE verticals with competitive packages

    • Coordinate AV, décor, catering & logistics for seamless event execution

    • Build a corporate MICE pipeline: off-sites, product launches, AGMs, conferences


    Sales & Revenue Growth

    • Own full P&L: rooms, F&B, events & ancillary revenue lines

    • Activate and optimise OTA listings: MakeMyTrip, Agoda, Goibibo

    • Drive direct bookings via website, WhatsApp Business & loyalty programmes

    • Forge Corporate Rate Agreements (CRAs) with local businesses, hospitals & TMCs

    • Implement dynamic pricing using RateGain / OTA Insight or manual compset tracking

    • Manage Google Business Profile, TripAdvisor & Instagram for brand visibility

    YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU HAVE:


    Led a hotel pre-opening, new launch, or full-scale turnaround

    Managed full P&L with direct accountability to ownership / promoters

    Deep knowledge of both rooms division and F&B operations

    Strong grasp of OTA dynamics, revenue management & digital presence

    IHM / IHCL or equivalent hospitality certification (preferred)

    • Activate and optimise OTA listings: MakeMyTrip, Agoda, Goibibo

    • Drive direct bookings via website, WhatsApp Business & loyalty programmes

    • Forge Corporate Rate Agreements (CRAs) with local businesses, hospitals & TMCs

    • Implement dynamic pricing using RateGain / OTA Insight or manual compset tracking

    • Manage Google Business Profile, TripAdvisor & Instagram for brand visibility

    YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU HAVE:


    Led a hotel pre-opening, new launch, or full-scale turnaround

    Managed full P&L with direct accountability to ownership / promoters

    Deep knowledge of both rooms division and F&B operations

    Strong grasp of OTA dynamics, revenue management & digital presence

    Hired, trained & retained cross-functional teams

    IHM / IHCL or equivalent hospitality certification (preferred)

    Fluency in English & Hindi (regional language is a plus)

    We are looking for a builder - someone who is energised (not intimidated) by starting from zero.
